Information collected automatically

When you browse our site, our servers and the services described below may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Whether analytics and advertising tools collect this depends on your cookie choice (see “Cookies and similar technologies”).

How we use your information

  • To make, deliver and support your order, including confirming your design, final price and size before production.
  • To reply to your questions, quote requests and appointment requests.
  • To process payments, prevent fraud and keep our site secure.
  • To send order confirmations and updates about your order. We do not send marketing or newsletter emails.
  • With your consent, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising.
  • To keep records we are required to keep, such as for tax and accounting.

Cookies and similar technologies

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. These only turn on if you click Accept. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page.

  • Essential: cookies needed for the site to work, such as your shopping cart, checkout, account login, wishlist, security and spam protection, and the cookie that remembers your consent choice. These do not require consent.
  • Order source (WooCommerce): first-party cookies that record how you arrived at our site (for example a search engine or a social media link) so we can see which channels lead to orders. This information stays with us and is stored with your order.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics, only if you accept): helps us understand which pages are used and how. If you do not accept, Google Analytics sets no cookies; Google may still receive limited, cookieless signals (such as that a page was viewed) without identifiers, which Google uses in aggregate.
  • Advertising (Meta Pixel, only if you accept): lets us measure visits and purchases from our Facebook and Instagram ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. It is not loaded unless you accept.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site (such as the cart) may not work without essential cookies.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed:

  • Payment processors: PayPal and Square process your payment. Your full card details go directly to them; we do not see or store them.
  • Shipping carriers: your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order. Most orders are picked up at our store; when we do ship, we use whichever carrier is most economical, usually USPS or UPS and occasionally FedEx.
  • Hosting and email: our website is hosted by Hostinger, and our email, including the order and form emails our site sends, is provided by Titan Mail.
  • Google: Google Analytics (if you accept), Google Fonts (to display text on the site), Google Maps (if you open our location), and Google Translate (only when you choose a different language in the language menu, the page text is sent to Google to translate it).
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot.
  • Meta: the Meta Pixel (if you accept), and WhatsApp if you choose to message us there.
  • Legal reasons: when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights and our customers.

These providers handle information under their own privacy policies.
