Returns & Warranty
Almost everything we make is custom: designed for you, personalized and made to order. This page explains what that means for returns, what our LED sign warranty covers, and what to do if something isn’t right.
Custom items can’t be returned
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items. That includes anything personalized or made to your design, such as neon signs, acrylic signs and letters, printed apparel and hats, mugs, tumblers and bottles, and engraved items. Once production has started, custom orders can’t be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded, including for a change of mind or a different design, size or color.
That’s why we send you a design to approve before we make anything. Please check spelling, sizes and colors carefully; we make exactly what you approve.
1-year warranty on LED signs
Our LED neon signs and LED acrylic signs come with a 1-year warranty on the LEDs (the LED neon or LED lighting), counted from the day you receive or pick up your sign. If the LEDs stop working or have a defect during that year, we will repair or remake them at no cost to you.
The acrylic is not covered. If the acrylic backing or acrylic parts crack or break, the warranty does not cover it. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, improper installation, outdoor use (our neon signs are for indoor use only), or changes made by someone else.
Damaged, wrong or not what you approved?
If your order arrives damaged, or isn’t what you approved, contact us within 10 days of delivery or pickup and we will repair or remake it.
How to make a claim
- Email info@snazzysign.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos, or call us at (781) 345-0925.
- We review it and get back to you within one business day.
- If we need to see the item, you can bring it to our store at 63 Nason St, Maynard, MA 01754 (Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm), or we will arrange how to send it to us.
- Once we confirm the problem is covered, we repair or remake your item as quickly as we can.
