Ordering & pickup
Yes. Add products to your cart and check out on the website with PayPal or a debit/credit card. For something custom, use our online neon sign designer or the quote form on the Contact page. You can also call (781) 345-0925, message us on WhatsApp at (351) 210-2209, or email info@snazzysign.com.
Orders are picked up for free at our store, 63 Nason St, Maynard, MA 01754, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm. We will email or call you when your order is ready.
Most orders are picked up, but we can ship within the United States. Contact us before ordering and we will quote the most economical option, usually USPS or UPS. Shipping is charged separately, except on items marked Free Shipping. See our Shipping Policy.
Most custom orders take about 5 to 10 business days from the day you approve your design. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays.
Yes. Rush production (around 5 business days) is available on request. Contact us before you order so we can confirm the date.
Yes. We send you a design to approve before production starts. Please check spelling, sizes and colors carefully; we make exactly what you approve.
Yes. We keep your artwork on file so reordering is quick and easy, and we only use it for your orders. Ask us any time and we will delete it.
Neon & acrylic signs
Yes. Our online neon sign designer lets you type your text, choose fonts and colors, and see a price. Send it to us and we will confirm the details and your quote. You can also send us a logo or sketch.
Our signs are made with LED neon flex mounted on an acrylic backing, cut to the shape of your design. The backing comes in clear or in a choice of colors; tell us which you’d like, or ask us to recommend one for your design.
LED neon costs less, is flexible instead of breakable glass, runs at low voltage and stays cool to the touch, and is easy to install. That makes it a great choice for homes, kids’ rooms and businesses.
Yes. There is no glass, it runs at low voltage, it does not overheat and it uses very little power, so it is safe for homes with kids.
Your custom sign, the power adapter (transformer) and a set of mounting screws.
We include screws so you can mount it straight onto the wall. Tell us how many holes you want and where, or ask for none if you prefer to hang or stand it. We can also prepare your sign to hang from the ceiling on request.
No. Our neon signs are for indoor use only; they are not weather-resistant.
Yes. We make custom acrylic letters and logos cut as individual layered pieces that mount straight onto your wall, and 3D acrylic signs with a rear LED glow or front and back LED lighting. Send us your logo for a quote, or see all our business and storefront signs.
Shirts & apparel
We print on Gildan G500 heavy cotton t-shirts, Gildan G540 long-sleeve shirts, Gildan G185 hooded sweatshirts, Gildan G880 polos, A4 N3142 performance t-shirts and Richardson 112 trucker hats, in a range of colors. See them all in Custom Apparel.
You choose the placement on the product page: a small logo on the chest (up to 4 inches wide), a large logo on the front or back (up to 11 inches wide), or front and back. The price shown includes the shirt.
Yes. Our shirt designer lets you add your own images, text and designs and see them on the shirt before you order.
Yes. We print shirts for business branding, team uniforms and events, including the official Maynard Country Music Fest shirts. For larger orders, contact us for a quote.
A high-resolution PNG or PDF, or a vector file (AI, EPS or SVG), prints best. If you only have a photo or a sketch, send it anyway and we will let you know if it will print well.
Mugs, tumblers & bottles
Yes. Your photo, logo, text or design is included. We don’t sell blanks; every mug, tumbler and bottle is made just for you.
Ceramic mugs in 11 oz and 15 oz, white stainless steel skinny tumblers in 20 oz and 30 oz, a 17 oz stainless steel water bottle, and a 20 oz stainless steel tumbler with laser engraving. See the shop for all options.
Yes, our ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Stainless steel tumblers and bottles should never go in the microwave.
Yes. Our insulated stainless steel tumblers keep drinks hot or cold for hours; the laser-engraved tumbler keeps them hot or cold for 10+ hours.
Engraving & other products
We engrave names, initials, logos and designs. Laser engraving is permanent and precise, unlike stickers or paint. Our laser engraving service can personalize your own items too; contact us with the item and material and we will confirm it can be engraved.
Yes. Browse the shop or tell us what you need, how many and by when, and we will send you a quote.
Payment & returns
Online orders are paid at checkout with PayPal or a debit/credit card. For custom quotes, we confirm the payment terms (full payment or a deposit) in your quote before production starts.
No. We don’t accept returns or exchanges on custom items. Because each item is made to your design, custom orders can’t be cancelled once production has started, and can’t be returned, exchanged or refunded, including for a change of mind. That’s why we send you a design to approve first. See our Returns & Warranty policy.
Yes. Our LED neon signs and LED acrylic signs come with a 1-year warranty on the LEDs. If the LEDs stop working or have a defect within a year, we will repair or remake them at no cost. The acrylic is not covered, so cracks or breaks in the acrylic backing or acrylic parts aren’t included, and neither is damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation or outdoor use. For any item that arrives damaged or isn’t what you approved, contact us within 10 days of delivery or pickup with photos and your order number. Details are in our Returns & Warranty policy.
