These terms apply to orders placed with Snazzy Sign, 63 Nason St, Maynard, MA 01754 (“we”, “us”), through snazzysign.com, by phone, by email or in our store. By placing an order you agree to them.
Custom products
Most of what we make is produced to your design: neon signs, acrylic signs, engraved items, apparel and promotional products. Because each piece is made for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, and custom items can’t be returned, exchanged or refunded, as described in our Returns & Warranty policy.
Quotes, previews and artwork
- Prices and sizes shown in our online neon builder are estimates. Your final price and dimensions are confirmed by our team before anything is made.
- Previews are illustrations. The finished sign may differ in details such as where the neon tube starts and stops, tube thickness, colour and the exact shape of the acrylic backing.
- We send a design for your approval before production. Please check spelling, sizes and colours carefully; we produce exactly what you approve.
- You confirm you have the right to use any text, logos or images you send us. We may decline designs that infringe someone else’s rights. We keep your artwork on file only so you can reorder easily.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Online orders are paid in full at checkout. For custom quotes, we confirm the payment terms (full payment or a deposit) in your quote before production starts. Sales tax is added where required.
Production time
Production time is counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) from your design approval. Standard production takes about 5 to 10 business days. Rush production (around 5 business days) is available on request. Delivery times are shown in our Shipping Policy.
Use and care
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, our neon signs are for indoor use only and are not weather-resistant. Use the power supply we provide and follow the included instructions.
Warranty and problems with your order
If your order arrives damaged or has a defect in our workmanship, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review it and repair or remake the item. LED neon signs and LED acrylic signs come with a 1-year warranty on the LEDs; the acrylic backing and acrylic parts are not covered if they crack or break. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, outdoor use of indoor products, or modifications made by others.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
